SINOMACH-HI successfully exported new energy loaders

On February 17, 2025, a wonderful business sharing meeting was successfully held in the digital marketing department of the international company. Bao Jibing, general manager of the company's project operation department, gave a detailed introduction to his customer cases at the Canton Fair. This new energy order worth US$400,000 marked the group's first export of new energy loaders and became the beginning of SINOMACH-HI brand new energy engineering machinery to the international market. This move not only responded to the country's call to vigorously develop clean energy, but also provided an important opportunity for the company to explore innovative development paths. After the exhibition, Bao Jibing actively accompanied customers to visit multiple suppliers and visited related cases in China. For example, he led customers to visit a port and demonstrated the actual use of 20 five-ton new energy loaders. Through on-site data, customers fully understood the significant advantages of new energy vehicles over traditional oil vehicles in terms of use costs. While further understanding the local market situation, Bao Jibing conducted an in-depth analysis of the power infrastructure and equipment usage scenarios in the African market. Although Africa's power supply has traditionally been unstable, customers chose electric loaders because of the inconsistent quality of local oil products, poor social security and the risk of oil theft, especially in industries such as palm oil, cotton and food, which have very high requirements for the safety and cleanliness of equipment. In order to better control costs, the project team also chose a cost-effective mode of transportation. Due to the high cost of ro-ro ships and the stricter requirements for railway transportation of dangerous goods than sea transportation, the project team worked closely with the Changlin factory to redesign the original fixed handrails and other accessories, and adopted bolted connections to meet the requirements of container transportation. At the same time, the team also drew on the industry's packaging cases to ensure that the 6-ton loader could enter the cabinet smoothly. In addition, in order to ensure the normal use of the new energy loader, the project team also provided charging piles and related wires. In response to local power regulations, the team had an in-depth understanding of the requirements for pre-embedded concrete, access distance and voltage of charging piles, and detailed the cost of each meter of wire (reaching RMB 400), ensuring the controllability of the overall cost of the project. Since new energy products are quite different from traditional products in terms of connectors, gearboxes and transmission systems, the company also dispatched service personnel to assist customers in receiving the equipment and verify the feasibility of the first packaging and whether the cruising capability of the equipment meets the customer's requirements. During the entire transportation process, due to the different reporting requirements for batteries and transportation conditions in various ports in my country, the project finally chose Changzhou Port as the shipping port and successfully completed the shipment. Changlin Company worked together to respond in a timely manner and cooperated with battery manufacturers to complete the signing of relevant reports within 15 minutes, providing great support for the smooth promotion of the order. The success of this order not only demonstrated SINOMACH-HI's strength in the field of new energy, but also laid a solid foundation for the company's future expansion in the global market.

SINOMACH graders are exported to Central Asia in batches

In recent years, the Central Asian countries have experienced economic recovery and a surge in demand for infrastructure construction. With keen market insight, international companies have continued to expand their influence in the international market, especially in the countries along the “Belt and Road”. Recently, SINOMACH graders have been successfully exported to Central Asian countries in batches, which has brought a successful end to the company's "good start" in the first quarter. At the batch delivery ceremony of graders, nearly 20 brand-new graders drove out of the production base one by one, lined up neatly, and were magnificent. These equipment will serve the construction of key highways in Central Asian countries and help customers improve construction efficiency. Graders are the strategic products of international companies. They were developed the earliest in the industry and aim to be the top three in the domestic industry. From small to medium-sized, and then to mining types, the series of graders have been tested by the market for a long time and have been highly recognized by overseas customers. The fifth generation of the largest domestic grader with a horsepower of 600 is about to be launched. It is the result of years of research and development and technological accumulation. It not only has excellent performance, but also will make major breakthroughs in energy conservation, environmental protection and intelligence. The graders shipped in batches this time are independently developed by SINOMACH, and are the fourth generation flagship models with a 70-year heritage. They are characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, easy operation, and high reliability. The delivery of this equipment will further consolidate our competitiveness in the foreign market and create greater value for customers.
