Recently, a road roller was found to have a damaged starter motor while in use in the Latin American region. Upon receiving the issue feedback, the Latin American Division responded swiftly within just 30 minutes, activating an emergency support plan for VIP customers and coordinating multiple actions. The division gathered relevant personnel to first provide remote diagnostic services, communicating with the customer, remotely accessing the device's data, and quickly identifying the problem. Together with the customer, they developed a detailed solution. Subsequently, a local service engineer was dispatched to the site on the same day. Within just one hour, the engineer diagnosed and repaired the equipment, restoring it to normal operation. The customer was highly impressed and praised the quick and efficient service.
